About Us Parakkal Sree Manapulli Bhagavathy Temple is about 75 years old situated in Punchapadam,Sreekrishnanpuram Panchayath, Palakkad District. God is being worshiped in the form of 'Badra Kaali'. Sree Manappully Bhagavathy Temple , the deity is known as the daughter of Lord Shiva. Mother goddess Bhagavathy was born during Dakshayaga from the Jada of Lord Shiva. The deity apeears in dark colour with four hands holding the Trishul, the kapalam, gadkam and khedam. The goddess appears both in Rudra form and in shanti roop.
